The Indian healthcare market offers diverse opportunities for technology-driven product or service interventions. But the journey from product concept/ideation to commercialization remains a challenging one.
This event aims to provide a forum to discuss and share experiences and perspectives in the broad area of technology/ product commercialization in the Healthcare sector. We will discuss
- Challenges in commercializing healthcare technology innovations in India and contrast them with challenges seen in developed countries
- Key elements of a successful go-to-market strategy for a healthcare technology product in India
- Role of prior experience in large MNCs before embarking on an entrepreneurial journey
Speaker: Nandakumar S.
Co-founder, Perfint Healthcare, Nandakumar started his career in GE Healthcare and held various responsibilities in Supply Chain, Operations, Six Sigma, Sales and Finance. He was part of the team that helped build a strong technology, manufacturing and component sourcing base while establishing a robust sales and service set-up for GE Healthcare in India. Nandakumar also was Director-Process Excellence at Cognizant Technology Solutions and COO at Ambit Corporate Finance before co-founding Perfint. He is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and Government College of Engineering, Tirunelveli.
